The Director, Global Leadership & Learning has a leadership role in shaping and executing the leadership and learning strategy of the enterprise, driving the culture of how we lead at Amex. This role reports into the VP of Enterprise Leadership & Learning and leads a team of managers.

*Responsibilities:*
* Integrate and embed Leadership Behaviors across the colleague lifecycle, ensuring awareness, understanding, and application
* Lead New to Blue Orientation (NBO) strategy for newly hired colleagues, creating consistency in the new colleague experience around the world and oversee implementation in NY and India
* Oversee specialized learning and development for Global HR colleagues and provide thought leadership into learning strategy
* Design and deploy learning experiences and resources for all Amex colleagues globally in collaboration with internal and external partners, and keep up-to-date with trends and best practices
* Collaborate in developing compelling and engaging communications to support programmatic goals
* Measure and analyze effectiveness of solutions, report impact, and develop case for strategies
