Integration of Onboarding with RCM and EC
New Hire Wizard for Candidate Onboarding (Work Authorization, EEO, Background, Company Property, and Form Acknowledgment)
E-Verify Management and Integration
Onboarding Integration to Performance Management
Crossboarding and Offboarding
Standard Reporting and Role Based Permissions for Onboarding
Nice to Have Skills:
Ability to lead SuccessFactors workshops with limited to no oversight from project management team.
Adept at business process transformation for Human Resources topics.
End to end integration between all SuccessFactors modules
Can create or offer for re-use templates designed to capture business process and strategic decision making so that client is aware of logic behind decision making
Comfortable with iterative methodology and able to produce working demos of system functionality in a few days
Able to draft a project plan for in-scope workstream activities and follow up on task completion on a daily basis

Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant in process improvements; a Business Analyst performing as-is/ to-be analysis on business processes and/ or IT; or an experienced Functional Consultant who is able to advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules.
Qualification:6 8 (2 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelors Degree.
Certification: If possible has BA level 1 and is seeking level 2.
Experience in Business Analysis.
Should be proficient in Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPIs & Reporting.
Should have progressing skills on Software Engineering & Architecture Knowledge.
Should have baseline in Testing.
