We are seeking a Home Equity Lending Journey Team Tester to assist with operational execution, development and delivery of new capabilities to better meet the needs of U.S. Bank's Mortgage, Auto Loan & Lease, HELOC, HE Loan and other consumer lending products across Mobile and Digital channels. The tester will be an integral member of a business and technology team to deliver new capabilities across multiple consumer product segments. They will integrate industry learnings, industry projections, and customer needs to create and deliver enhanced experiences that better meet customer needs, reduce cost-to-serve, and deepen relationships with U.S. Bank's customers. The tester will:
+ Translate a business case into an actionable plan for theJourney Team
+ Drive business analysis and help align it with design anddevelopment objectives
+ Prepare groomed user stories to be transitioned to CapabilityTeams for delivery
+ Defines and performssystems analysis and development testing tasks to validate effectiveness of improvementsto workflow and operating efficiency.
+ Makes recommendationsto standardize procedures and automated processes to introduce new technologyor improve existing technology.
+ Analyzes testingresults of existing operations and prepares a cost/benefit analysis ofrecommended changes (regression testing).
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Three to five years of experience in operations/technology project management activities
**_Preferred Skills and Experience_**
+ Consumer lending, especially mortgage and/or home equity experience strongly preferred
+ General knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
+ Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
+ Thorough understanding of project management and Agile testing methodology and procedures
+ Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
+ Strong analytical and forecasting skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Ability to work as part of a project team
+ Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skill
+ Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
