The Product and Service Delivery Risk Assessment Manager is primarily responsible for completion of risk assessments related to assigned products or services. The Risk Assessment Manager will collaboratively work with other risk management team members and business partners to conduct project planning for the assessment work which may include, data collection/analysis/synthesis, SME reviews, process mapping, gap analyses, and assessment process development. This position will also coordinate and oversee testing to support the risk assessment results as appropriate and produce deliverables and final presentations for senior executive audiences. This position will manage and coordinate the assessment work of the team.
? Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
? Ten or more years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
? Applicable certifications
? Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
? Background in audit, operational risk management, financial services regulatory compliance and related laws and regulations and development of risk assessments.
? Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
? Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with various levels of management.
? Ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with business units.
? Experience with and ability to lead/manage a large-scale project that involves multiple business units and risk oversight groups.
?Accountable for and able to manage time effectively and work under minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
? Willingness to obtain and maintain professional designations.
? Ability to plan, analyze, and prioritize work effectively.
? Highly skilled in the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word) and strong presentation development expertise.
