U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Information Security Manager will manage, oversee and contribute to a dynamic team that provides software requirements development and configuration, as well as operational support for the Information Security Services organization's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) framework, hosted within the RSA Archer Platform and the ServiceNow application. This individual leads a team of business analysts and application developers to optimize and enhance workflows using the RSA Archer and ServiceNow toolsets. The main functional goal of this team includes delivering new RSA Archer and ServiceNow solutions to help better manage and secure information across the organization and maintaining and enhancing existing solutions that have already been deployed.
Candidates must be comfortable delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and willing to be a contributor to the workload within a leadership role. Also, as a functional team member, the candidate may be requested to personally support tasks and projects according to their specific, personal expertise and capabilities. Activities include research, planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation in meeting goals. This includes the coordination, monitoring and status reporting of projects that are essential to the demonstration and achievement of quality and regulatory compliance. This key player must be able to drive the overall execution of key initiatives, identify data needs, champion best practices and lead quality improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded information security background including a strong understanding of IT risk management, information security controls, industry standards and best practices such as the NIST 800 series, NIST CSF, and ISO 27000 series. The candidate should understand and have experience with the security configuration, as well as, various design controls, regulatory, legal and contractual requirements impacting financial institutions (e.g. GLBA, SOX, FFIEC, and PCI).
Manages staff of up to 50 employees. Recommends: hires, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments, performance standards and reviews.

Job duties and responsibilities include:
? Manage, mentor and guide a team of Business Analysts and Application Developers
? Oversee the development and administration of the RSA Archer Platform and ServiceNow application
? Partner with stakeholders to prioritize ongoing enhancements
? Recommend and manage the alignment and prioritization of initiatives based on business strategy to meet key objectives
? Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, use cases and workflow analysis
? Provide consultation services to business users in order to refine requirements and explain tradeoffs between usability and performance
? Configure, test, document and deploy new solutions on the RSA Archer and ServiceNow platforms following an agile application development methodology
? Optimize existing RSA Archer and ServiceNow solutions to correct errors, implement enhancements or improve performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 years experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others
- At least 10 years experience with processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to standards associated with accessing, altering and protecting organizational data
? 10 years of progressive responsibility and expertise
? 5 years of delivering high-performing RSA Archer and/or ServiceNow solutions to organizations
? Proven success in building and developing high-performing teams taking ownership of developing others
? Experience identifying a client's high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as work-flow diagrams and use-cases
? Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others
? Intellectual capacity to develop creative and breakthrough solutions
? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? A strong desire to increase accuracy, find efficiencies and enhance user experiences
? Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situation
? Understanding of current Information Security guidance and regulations (NIST Cyber Security Framework, PCI, GLBA, etc.) a plus
? Provide recommendation to leadership on program effectiveness and enhancements.
