**Sales Director (Web Intelligence)**

**Position Overview:**



The Sales Director is responsible for designing and executing the overall sales and marketing strategies for our Web Intelligence Solutions for North America including Open Source Web Intelligence (OSInt), Web Intelligence (WebInt) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI). This includes developing new business strategies, overall account management, business development and pipeline forecasting. The successful candidate will take ownership of growing both traditional direct and channel sales revenue streams. The Sales Director will be accountable for an individual quota and will be responsible for meeting bookings targets through executing a business driven sales methodology, which links the Verint Web Intelligence Solutions with the prospects' operational needs to create a competitive advantage. Special emphasis on selling into Government agencies, critical infrastructure and large enterprise.



**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**



?Design and implement sales and marketing strategies for Verint's Web Intelligence Solutions within the defined target markets of the US and Canada.



?Manage new and existing sales processes designed to achieve bookings and revenue targets



?Maintain effective relationships with established key customers and partners by monitoring installed systems and developing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through expansions and upgrades and additional systems



?Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting



?Lead the strategy for new business development



?Act as technical and product Subject Matter Expert for business and solutions development providing market data to the product management team to help drive appropriate development road map changes



?Provide management with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities



**Minimum Requirements:**



?Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience



?Has 12 years overall experience within overall sales experience in account management, account planning and business development with Government and large enterprise customers with at least 10 Years sales experience in Cyber and Web intelligence.



?Experience selling complex security based technology projects/solutions to Government, critical infrastructure and large enterprise customers and prospects.



?Successful track record in developing new markets including demand generation and product launches



?Deep technical knowledge of Cyber and Web intelligence solutions with ability to articulate technical differentiators with technical and non-technical partners and end-users



?A deep understanding of the buying process within the targeted space, interfacing with end user, integrators, representatives and resellers



?Comprehensive experience with both direct sales and in-direct sales through integrators and partners, leveraging a strong network of relationships



?Strong closing techniques with a proven history of high dollar sales success within the security space



?Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of an organization.



?Prior experience with reading and analyzing large scale RFPs and preparing, writing and submitting detailed responses designed to win business



?Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
